Normally I don't leave reviews but I just had to in this case with how superb the service was from on the spot. Cody Identified the issue with my air conditioner and gave me the options and recommended replacement so that I was not pouring money into a system that was over 20 years old. I told him I would have to get a few more estimates and get back with him before I pulled the trigger on a several thousand dollar job. I did and all of them were higher than on the spot's and I just didn't get a warm a fuzzy feeling about any of those other companies. I called Cody and on the spot back out and they came out and knocked it all out in just under 5 hours with little to no intrusion in my life. Thanks again for the prompt and great service. Ill be calling when it its time to replace my other two air conditioners.

All I can say is this company is fabulous. I replaced all 5 of my air conditioners and these guys did it all in one day. I couldn't believe it. Every other company I got an estimate from said it was a 2 day process. Not with this company. They showed up at 630am with 9 guys ready to work and they moved and shaked all day to get everything complete and cleaned up. The next day the city of McKinney came out to inspect and they said it was quite and impressive install and they green tagged the inspection with nothing but praise of the job. Their price was very competitive as well. Thank you so much guys and I really appreciate everything you did for our family.

I never could have asked for a better experience then what on the spot delivered. 2 bad air conditioners replaced in timely manner with no hiccups at all. Competitively priced as well. Thanks Guys

these guys were awesome and did a great job. Cody helped us through the whole process of getting our new air conditioner installed from start to finish. every company should use this company as a model of customer satisfaction.
