What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $330 per hour. Uncontested matters are typically flat fees, starting at $2500 and up, depending on children and property. My retainers for contested cases are typically $3000 to $4000 but vary depending on the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak with my new customer over the phone for a free consultation. If decide to proceed, we email the new client paperwork and link to pay their retainer or flat fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1991, I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence of South Texas College of Law (Now Houston College of Law).
