There’s so much to share and it is all so very personal. Even though I may write in general, there’s a lot more that Financial 411 has helped with that I will keep private. When I met Robert I was concerned that I didn’t even have enough money to manage! However, he made my late husband and I feel just as important as if we were millionaires. He addressed all our concerns and needs, even ones we didn’t know we had. Thank God! Had it not been for his help I am not sure where I’d be after my husband passed. Robert and Deanna called immediately after my husbands death to offer their help. I couldn’t even think straight for the two months after my husband died. Everything was so chaotic. They came to my home and sat down with me, reviewed everything that we had set in place and they helped me prepare for the future. They were the calm in the middle of my storm and they clarified the details, the fear, and confusion in my own mind. OK, now I’m crying, phew. It was the hardest time in my life to date, when everybody else walked away they stood strong and by my side to guide me. It’s not their job to comfort me as well, but they did. They’ve stayed in connection with me through everything. It doesn’t matter whether the concern or question is huge, or very small, it’s all important to them because it’s important to me. I have never felt stupid for asking a question or for help. I believe it’s been 15 years or so since we started being their client, but it’s been nine years since my husband passed. It wasn’t even a concern that something might happen to either one of us because my husband was so young at the time, we both were. We never know when our day is to go home to the Lord. I could never trust or change loyalty and go with anyone else. My biggest mistake was not wanting to bother them when I did run into a couple of problems later on and it was on me for not following their complete advice with some issues. That’s my only regret. I trust them with my life, and I refer them to everyone who needs the best of care. I have a lot of people I worked with in our business who are financial managers and I think I hurt feelings by not going to them, but when it comes down to it I need to do what’s right for me and not worry about everyone else’s feelings. I am so blessed by Financial 411 and have no worries ever that I might not be making the right decision. They look at every single facet of what my situation is, or my friends who I’ve referred, and that saves me from having to be the expert of my own finances. A wise person does not need to know everything, but they need to know where to find the good information and surround themselves with the right people. Robert and Deanna Goldsmith are the right people to surround yourself with.

There is almost too much to point out, but here goes. 1. Most of the other financial advisors I talked with prior to Robert, all shared pretty much the same opinon about Social Security, wait until 70... Robert had a different approach and thank goodness he did. 2. I am thrilled as I watch this crazy market this week going down, then up and back down, that our principal is 100% protected. 3. Robert showed us how using Life Insurance is better than just paying for it. He illustrated and then designed a plan that best protects me (against a critical or chronic illness) and my family if I should pass on prematurely. Best part, he showed us how taxes will be almost moot during our retirement. In the end, there are no words we can express that can thank Robert & his lovely wife Deanna for their help with our future. Mike & Liz

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically our clients do NOT pay a fee for assistance in designing their financial plan as we are compensated by the companies we work with. That said, we do NOT maintain any allegiances to any company, we work for you with all the companies to find the best fit for your needs. Conversely, If you prefer that we only design a Financial Plan or Establish a revocable living trust (or both) Designed specifically for you (fee only), Our normal price for this service is $497. However, if you implement your plan through us, we will reimburse 100% of the fees. MOST of our CLIENTS pay ZERO out of pocket to create the maximum potential retirement plans. Just call us and in 10 minutes you can imagine the possibilities. You can always be sure that you will receive the best value available. However, if you choose to become our client and we eventually implement your plans through our agency, there will be no design fees as we will rebate any fees charged. That said, we typically do not charge fees as after working with us, most people choose to become our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your current challenges, goals, and obstacles you might have to endure. Then, if you agree, we will send out our comprehensive & confidential financial inventory and worksheets (about 5 pages). Once we receive your information, then we go to work.
