- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically our clients do NOT pay a fee for assistance in designing their financial plan as we are compensated by the companies we work with. That said, we do NOT maintain any allegiances to any company, we work for you with all the companies to find the best fit for your needs. Conversely, If you prefer that we only design a Financial Plan or Establish a revocable living trust (or both) Designed specifically for you (fee only), Our normal price for this service is $497. However, if you implement your plan through us, we will reimburse 100% of the fees. MOST of our CLIENTS pay ZERO out of pocket to create the maximum potential retirement plans. Just call us and in 10 minutes you can imagine the possibilities. You can always be sure that you will receive the best value available. However, if you choose to become our client and we eventually implement your plans through our agency, there will be no design fees as we will rebate any fees charged. That said, we typically do not charge fees as after working with us, most people choose to become our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your current challenges, goals, and obstacles you might have to endure. Then, if you agree, we will send out our comprehensive & confidential financial inventory and worksheets (about 5 pages). Once we receive your information, then we go to work. Note: if you ever "Buying" (you should never buy any program anyway, you should learn how to use them) an annuity or life insurance policy without understanding all the components of your specific situation is Not a recommendation we would ever suggest (From us or any other advisor). Then, we review what your possibilities are and if we are a match to work together. We will share with you the impact you (based on where you are in life) can create such as Retirement 1. How to create an INCREASING Income during retirement! 2. How to best create the maximum income from your pension and IRA's 3. How to minimize or eliminate taxes on Social Security on your way to a potentially... 4. How to earn MARKET-LIke Rates but with NO RISK to your principal 5. How to prepare for a potential Income Tax-Free retirement 6. How to cover potential expenses from a critical or chronic illness (all w/potentially ZERO Out of Pocket) 7. How to provide a Tax-Free legacy to your family 8. Determine if you need a Revocable Living Trust LIFE INSURANCE REVIEWS and/or needs analysis are always done at NO COST< no fees and no expenses. We only work for you and have access to virtually every carrier to make sure you get the best value with all the benefits you are entitled too... and yes, there are both superior and inferior options. Our objective is that your financial life works much like a GPS; we need to know where you are now so that we can set you on a path to reach your destination
