Carlos agreed to install a concrete cellar for me. Before he started he asked for a down payment on the work for materials on work he was suppose to perform. Well he never showed back up. I finally found him he was busy on other work using the money I gave as a down payment. He said he couldn't get to my cellar for a while told him just pay my money back. Well this start on 2/23/15 and I still haven't gotten my money back He says he ain't making money to pay me back but he keeps doing work somewhere. I wouldn't trust this guy with any future work. Better check him out before using him. Had to hire a lawyer to get my money back going on three months now. Watch out for this contractor
