I would highly recommend (Konrad) Floor Masters & Construction and his employees, they are very professional. Floor Masters & Construction took on our major remodel of our home (kitchen, master bathroom, cielings throughout, tile throughout the home). Konrad, Herman and Angel are very trust worthy too include the subcontractors that Konrad used to assist with our remodel. We were very impressed on how fast they started our remodel and the timely completion of our remodel. I will say Konrad has the ability to do all projects. Our project included the following: Electrical upgrade, relocated and add electrical, scrap popcorn from the cieling throughout, remove and make new cabinets to match the existing, remove fire place and add new electrical and sheet rock, remove shower from master bath and install new tub/shower combination, remove tile and add new tile along with the cabinets and paint. Konrad has subcontractors that that are very professional as well. I will use (Konrad) Floor Masters & Construction for our future projects. Highly recommend

Was quick to give an estimate which was reasonable and fair. He and his team were very prompt in working on the project because I needed it done quickly. He communicated with me throughout the project. Work was excellent. We will use Konrad again and I would recommend him!!

Painting the brick on a 2600 Sq ft house and trim, power wash and 12.x.20 out building the same colors. Replacing 6 x.6 x 8ft. Pillars, 1 2 x 12 x 12 decking and 1 4 x 4 x 8 pillar. Caulking and sanding before priming and paint

Konrad and his crew did an excellent job on painting the exterior of my house. They were all very professional and courteous. Cleaned up where they had scraped paint off and where they had to replace the lumber that had rotted. Have had many compliments from the neighbors as how well the house looked. Would recommend him very highly.
