FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee of 30$ a night for dog and cats- this is inclusive up to two dogs or up to four cats, includes feeding, fresh water, play time (or walking if that's better for your pet), administration of medicine (pills only), as well as litter box cleaning, cage cleaning, and/or poop scooping the yard, and lot and lots of love! More exotic animals - communicate with me for pricing. I have actual experience with watching dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, dwarf hamsters, ferrets (I owned two), and fish.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I just know how hard it is to find a sitter to trust. or a last minute sitter. I love pets - all shapes and sizes. I use to have two ferrets and i know taking them with on like a business trip wasn't an option and finding someone who was comfortable with letting them out, comfortable picking up their poop, comfortable picking them up to put them back in their cage was difficult.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I feed the pets, let them out if they need to be let out of like a cage or just outside, cats clean up their litter box - every other day if not every day, clean cages, change water, play with the pets, simple grooming - baths and brushing, check on the animals - make sure that they actually are eating, getting exercise, they haven't hurt themselves somehow, eaten something they shouldn't have.
