- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military discounts as well as a senior citizen discount as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To do a very thorough service on their unit to make sure they are aware of any issues that may come in the future, then discuss repair options, and finally get them signed out for a yearly maintenance contract to be sure there aren’t any unexpected repaired down the road.
