Very nice young man that came for a routine maintenance call. He gave several recommendations I was not expecting but he seemed to be operating with integrity so I trusted that what he was recommending with my AC system was accurate. He is highly knowledgeable of the trade for sure!

Needed a repair urgently, after one phone call we were at ease. They came over at the agreed upon time and fixed my A/C in a timely manner. No issues since. Price was sure enough fair and we definitely know who to call if there is ever another issue.

I had been having trouble with a new A/C unit installed by another company. I ask HHI to inspect it and tell me what they did wrong and write me an estimate. To their credit they have fast service and responded quickly. But it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received the estimate or inspection report I asked for. I paid the service fee and have called/text multiple times and still haven’t received what I paid for

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military discounts as well as a senior citizen discount as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To do a very thorough service on their unit to make sure they are aware of any issues that may come in the future, then discuss repair options, and finally get them signed out for a yearly maintenance contract to be sure there aren’t any unexpected repaired down the road.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully completed the Frymire Schooling EPA TICL
