FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of expertise, safety, and professionalism you receive when hiring a licensed Master Electrician in the state of Texas. Electrical work is not only about fixing a problem—it’s about protecting your home, your family, and your investment. We provide upfront, transparent pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Our rates account for proper licensing, insurance, code compliance, quality materials, and the time it takes to diagnose issues correctly and fix them the right way the first time. While we may not always be the cheapest option, we focus on delivering safe, reliable, and long-lasting solutions. Cutting corners in electrical work can lead to costly repairs or safety hazards down the road, and our goal is to give you peace of mind knowing the job was done correctly and professionally
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by greeting them and thanking them for the opportunity to earn their business. I take time to listen and ask detailed questions about the issue—what electrical problems they’re experiencing, when the problem started, and whether they’ve noticed any other concerns with their electrical system. After gathering that information, I perform a thorough evaluation to identify the root cause of the issue. I then clearly explain what’s going on, what it will take to fix it, and answer any questions before moving forward. Once the work is completed, I review the repair with the customer, make sure everything is operating safely and correctly, and thank them again for trusting me with their home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Master Electrician in the state of Texas. My training includes formal electrical education combined with years of hands-on, real-world experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. I completed the required apprenticeship and advanced training, passed state licensing examinations, and continue to stay up to date with the National Electrical Code (NEC), state regulations, and industry best practices. Ongoing education is a priority for me, ensuring that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current electrical codes and standards.
