FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my customer should know that my pricing I believe to be is very fair for what they’re getting not only are they getting a master electrician who’s been vetted and trained in electrical but they’re also getting someone who cares about what they do and they care about the home they’re working on. They care about the people that are living in that home and I wanna make sure that that family is safe and after I leave that job I know there’s gonna be no more issues
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process of working with a new customer as first I like to greet my customer let them know. I appreciate them hiring me for this for their project next, I like to ask them what their issues are. What sort of electrical problems are having when the problem started and if there’s anything else that’s been going on with their electrical system after that, I take a look at what’s going on I let them know what it’s gonna take to fix the issue. Then after the after the job is finished, I think them again for the opportunity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a master electrician’s license from the state of Texas. I also hold a certificate in Electrical technology which I received in 2017 from Lee College in Baytown, Texas.
