I’ve never used a handyman service before but I contacted A and J for several large tasks my hubby didn’t want to tackle - attic decking, replacing some rotted wood on the outside of the house, etc. I was surprised at how professional they were! I got a formal quote and an appointment confirmation via email. They even notified me when they were coming via text. When they were finished I did a pretty thorough inspection because I’m really picky. I was very pleased! Their rates were reasonable too! Hubby may be off the hook next time stuff needs to be don!🤣

I don't know where to begin. I mean the young gentleman who came to my home was phenomenal. He kept an open line of communication, very punctual, and was the nicest person. I asked him if he mounted TV's (lol), because I for sure will be needing a handyman for a few more task . I will be reaching out in the near future. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting with our customers face to face for an in home consultation to see what the job is going require. Once we are on the same page as the customer we will proceed with the task at hand. We complete all jobs to the customer's satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Home Service Experts have had several hours of training in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other trades that relate to in home services. Our Experts also receive training in customer service to ensure that our customers are well taken care of.
