Eryn is by far my first choice when I need a dog sitter. I have used her service on several occasions, the last one for a period of three weeks. During that time, she kept the house neat and tidy and stayed in communication with me on a regular basis, eliminating the stress of leaving the dogs and house behind. Above all, Eryn is trustworthy, and my dogs love her. I would be happy to provide personal references upon request.

I had a good experience working with Eryn. My dog is 17 yrs old. She can be slow and grumpy. The dog responded positively to Eryn. I would use her services again.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Before taking on a new client I require a free meet and greet of the owner and pet. The meet and greet gives me the chance to gather information about the client, understand their pet, any medical or behavioral needs or requirements, and overall see if it's a fit. It adds an additional layer of safety, gives everyone a chance to meet one another and get comfortable.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You want to know why they do what they do, and about their education and experience with animals. You also want to make sure "their philosophies with regard to pet care line up with yours." Of course, you will also want to be looking at references and reviews from previous clients about their experiences
