We contacted Roger through the Thumbtack app. He quoted us that he was $30 an hour. So when he came to the home, my wife let him in, and he was only putting up roller shades. First of all, he smelled so bad that I’m surprised she let him in and that she let him through the home If you’re seeking someone, that’s not that guy His profile is fake. He doesn’t leave the job cleaner than it came. He smelled so bad the entire home still smells the next day . He complained about putting up seven roller shades. he told my wife there was a $60 service call on additional $30 per hour making it 120 versus 60 that he quoted me. I guess he thought he was in South Lubbock, so he might as well overcharge somebody. Not one time did he tell me that on the Thumbtack app. Not one time did he quote that he had a $60 service call plus an additional $30 per hour. It’s strictly says $30 per hour. I do not recommend Roger at all. He left so many holes in our windowsill. He doesn’t know how to put up a roller shade. My wife had just grouted some of the holes from the TV mount that was placed on the fireplace. He ended up poking a screwdriver in each one of those holes, leaving holes again, and having her regrout it. Who does this? To be honest, I don’t recommend Roger at all. I don’t care what he is known for if he goes into poor homes and rich homes, all I know is that he tries to rip you off. And he stinks like you wouldn’t believe. I don’t recommend Roger Harrell.
