- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will try to meet or beat other company’s pricing. Even if it’s just a little...a little helps! If you turn into a recurring customer, I will take that into consideration as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a walk through is preferable. I do not want to overcharge the customer for work. I like to see what the job entails before I start. Or o can look on a website to see square footage or acreage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
