Carmen provided excellent service and was very accommodating with our requests. Not only was she very responsive but was able to make changes to our arrangements at the last min to make them exactly what we wanted ! They were beautiful ! She also without hesitation offered to drive to deliver to us an hour away from her shop. She made us feel like we knew her already and that you were not just dealing with a large florist company. - We are providing free consultations and free detailed calculation. - We require $300 down to hold the date, 50% payment 60 days prior to the date, and the remainder 30 days prior to the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- You can provide picture of style / flowers you like. - We should know time of the wedding and the style of the brides dress. - If area decoration is required, please provide the dimensions and pictures of the area.
