Lance Ryan and JRC Remodeling have done an OUTSTANDING job for us in our home, several times! We wanted our shower re-grouted because we could not keep the mold from forming. Lance pointed out that water had gotten into and behind the tile. He got into the shower and showed me how he could push the wall and it moved several inches. The removed all the old tile and sub-board behind the tile. The replaced the sub-board with water resistant board and he brought in his top tile guy and he did a beautiful job. Our show looks, and works great and the price was the lowest estimate we got for the quality.
