- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price we quote is what we honor. We do not have any hidden fees. We are not the cheapest but we aren't the most expensive. We like to think of ourselves as a great value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I come out for the initial quote I like to make that personal connection with my clients. I want to make sure we cover all the details and scope of work to ensure an accurate initial quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on experience for seventeen plus years. I have seen many different scopes of projects from conception to completion. I also received my bachelors degree from The University of North Texas.
