South Texas Water Solutions are excellent! Jason was very responsive from the beginning (despite the ample number of questions that I had throughout the process). He was very receptive and explained as we went. Unfortunately, the first plumber was unable to perform the job and Jason apologized for this and sent a different plumber soon afterwards who finished the job within a few hours. The system looks great and works well. Jason also offered very competitive pricing. I fully trust Jason’s team in their installation process and am glad that I can rely on Jason going forward for any maintenance/filter changes etc. I would 100% recommend giving them your business for all your water needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Messaging, email or phone are all options. I prefer to speak over the phone being it’s much more personal and quicker to get information needed to give the most accurate price. However you prefer to communicate is perfect for us.
