- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different and I will take the time that is necessary to give a good bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is to gather as much information about the job to ensure a good quality bid is given. If I am hired I would talk to that person and answer any question they my have about the details of the job. I will ask the same to the customer so they understand exactly what services I will be providing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed plumber and I'm currently in the Army Core Egeneer as a construction supervisor. I have been to some schooling for electrical. I have painted a few homes and worked for a painting company for a short while.
