FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a consultation. By calling our office potential clients can set up either an office or phone consolation to find out if we can help and if our firm is the right fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle all types of intellectual property (patent, trademark and copyright) and bankruptcy matters (chapter 7, 11 and 13 filings, and creditor representation), as well as litigation from small claims to federal lawsuits.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure to have a written contract, and to read the contract before signing it. If your address changes, be sure to let your client know. And ask how many similar cases your attorney has handled that is near yours.
