I'm so glad that we found Bohannon Service Company, and especially glad to have had Chris arrive for the service call. We reached out after we experienced issues with our compressor. He did a thorough inspection of all the equipment, both inside and out. After spotting the issue he educated us on maintenance and recommended some techniques for better temperature control. I learned a lot that I didn't learn from the last company I hired, and as a result, I feel like I can truly trust this company. Christopher came out to inspect the two AC units for a yearly inspection. Luckily didn't have to have any replacements or repairs but Christopher also gave a ton of advice and a good estimate if I need to have one of the older ones replaced. Will reach out again for another other inspections or future replacements.
