- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard, Economy, and Premium Packages- this is be based on the needs, brand, and or customer budget. We also offer extended protection package(s). (Please ask your technician about details)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers includes: 1) We will either visit or converse with our customer(s) to ensure that all their needs and concerns have been addressed. 2) If we must come out we will diagnose the problem and often offer three customized packages to make their repairs affordable. Standard, Economy, and Premium Packages- this is be based on the needs, brand, and or customer budget. 3) Most work, if done the same day will require payment in full once the project is completed. If the project or project(s) take longer than one day, we require half to start the project and the remaining balance will be due upon the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teams has OVER 20 years of experience in this trade. Our electricians were not grandfather in based on the old system. Most of our hired professionals started their careers in this trade at the bottom and worked diligently to the Master level. Our time spent in this traded allowed for the necessary exposure needed to except request from a range of area including: industrial, commercial and residential projects.
