Jennifer Buenrostro trains my Egyptian Arabian mare and I in show halter with outstanding results! I highly recommend for horse training as well as lessons for riders.
Terrie is very personable and tailors the lessons to the student. She has a lot of experience and is very patient with the student. I would recommend her to any riding students whether riding for pleasure or training for shows.
Nancy is a fantastic instructor whose lessons provide the right balance of instruction and fun. She is interested in how each individual student learns and tailors her lessons to match the needs and interests of every student--from serious competitive riders to those simply wanting to enjoy time with a horse.. As an older adult rider, I genuinely appreciate this style of instruction. One of the things I like best about Nancy's methods is that she supplements her riding lessons with books, videos, handouts and other materials about riding, training and horse behavior. Absolutely 5 stars!
The private lessons were structured to my ability and goals. Jill has a lot of horse knowledge and and experience to share. I thought the fee was quite reasonable.
Beautiful well trained horses. Great environment and atmosphere. Great instructor. I highly recommend Foster Farms.
My son has gotten great training from Maribeth! She has taught him to do everything for the horse, not just to ride him. He learned to put the saddle on the horse beforehand, and to wash him down. I was very impressed with Jump it sport horses.
Karen at YMCA Camp Carter is outstanding with my 4yr old daughter! Lessons were well paced and exciting for everyone! We love Ms. Karen and her staff!
Everything was amazing. Great instruction, positive and encouraging and inspiring. The horses were wonderful. The whole experience could not have been better.
I have boarded my horse, Chip, for almost a year at Cold River and both my horse and I could not be happier. He shares a large pasture with geldings only and Melissa matched my horse's temperament with several others and made the perfect placement. She is always checking to make sure all the horses in her care are doing well. I have always boarded my horses and Melissa's knowledge about horse care and natural horsemanship training is "second to none". I will always keep Chip at Cold River as long as I live in this area.
We have been working with Danielle for the past few months and have been thoroughly pleased with her training. She has trained several of my horses ranging from the ages of 2 to 16 years old. It has been years since I have dealt with horses and my other family members are pretty inexperienced with them but Danielle has taught us confidence so that we can enjoy our horses more. She has also given riding lessons to myself and my 11 year old daughter as well as my friends daughter. Danielle is very pleasant to work with and is very reliable. We will definitely continue to use her training for several more months, possibly years.!!
I offer riding lessons, trail rides on beautiful fine gaited horses, including Tennessee Walkers, Missouri Foxtrotters, Kentucky Mountain and other gaited breeds. Also, I offer opportunities for birthday parties, camps and clinics and photography shoots for memorial events by appointment either in private or group. I have been in business for over 20 years.
Ellen is a trainer that puts her horses and students before herself. She makes sure, day in and day out, that her clients are happy with her services and on their way to success. Ellen gives her students the correct tools and instruction so their riding experience is maximized. She gives it her all to make sure every horse and rider is safe and well educated and she knows what she's doing and does it very well. She has brought my riding to a whole new level, and every step of the way, I knew my horse and I were in the best hands possible. The barn is clean, well organized, and focuses on the needs of the horses. Ellen's barn is also the most family friendly and drama-free barn I've been to. Rockwall Hills Equestrian Center is definitely a top notch facility that is a huge pleasure to be a part of.
I strive to create a nourishing equine environment that encourages growth for both riders and their equine companions. Lesson plans and training programs are customized for each individual rider and horse. I do not believe in "one size fits all" programs! I love watching the bond between horse and rider grow. Through ground and riding exercises, my students become kind and confident riders and leaders to their four-legged teammates.

The work done will be adjusted to fit the needs of the individual horse. Owners of the horses are always welcome to come and watch the rides.
There is no business here. I'm an experienced ex-pro boxer with seven wins, one loss, and one draw. I've had four amateur kickboxing matches with three wins and one draw. I also have two MMA matches, and both were victories. My daughter has competed as a gymnast and a figure skater. I coached her physical training as well as boys and girls from her gymnastics team, and many girls in her figure skating club. I also assisted the Sault High Blue Devils football team out of Sault Ste. Marie, MI. with after school/practice weight training. You can achieve whatever your heart desires when you have a trainer that wants results more than the money. Don't feel helpless. Be helped.
All levels of horse training and problem horse "troubleshooting" are available, as well as private horseback riding instruction for all ages (18mo-over 65 years) and all skill levels (beginner-collegiate/non-pro competition) in multiple English and Western disciplines. Update: Due to recent changes in City of Corinth zoning, I am no longer able to do lessons at my current location and am moving to new facility at 13510 Pruett Rd, Krum, TX 76249. During this transition, I am still available for horse training and private lessons in which I travel to you (up to ~20 miles).
