- How did you get started doing this type of work?
By accident, really. I worked with Child Evangelism Fellowship for several years, and at one point, I served as their Director. I was not really conscious of the fact that I was doing an awful lot of marketing for CEF. For example, I created one of their websites; I often spoke at banquets and churches, promoting the ministry; I helped raise more financial resources than had ever been realized in that area's 45+ year history. Also, for two consecutive years, we broke all-time records for numbers of children enrolled in our program, and this was in large part due to strategic marketing efforts. As I reflected upon these experiences, I reached the conclusion that I could potentially have even greater impact by doing many of the same kinds of things, and more, for both businesses, as well as non-profits.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web design, content marketing, pay per click (PPC), and social media marketing (SMM).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to see their portfolio if one is not posted. Arrange a time to talk with him or her, and ask lots of questions. Find out if a contract is required. We never tie or clients down with contracts, and we never will. If a client is dissatisfied with our services for any reason, they may walk away anytime.
