I hired Chris to install sod in the back yard of my rental that I was getting ready to sell. Chris gave me a flat rate per pallet cost plus the price of prep. I felt the price was fair and as that was my primary concern I went with him. He showed up with his crew and gave me an on the fly estimate for trimming the branches off of the house. His crew got to work. I wish for the life of me I could remember the name of his crew leader, because he was GREAT. He was positive and had great energy, and work ethic. They took on cleaning up not only the debris left in the yard, but also began hauling off the trash the tenant left too (as an additional service). There was ALOT of stuff to be removed and they actually did it with smiles on their faces. I cannot express how crucial this crew leader was to me. He mowed and trimmed the front yard, blowed the debris off the house, trimmed the branches, hauled the junk, prepped the yard, and laid the sod. One thing that surprised me was how well they cleaned up. The flower beds were cleaned out so well that the only thing left were lines from the rake. Chris checked in the progress and made sure things were moving forward and also set the sprinklers to ensure the sod was properly watered. The only hitch was needing to get two more pallets than expected. That raised the rate but since my yard is oddly shaped, I do not hold that as a negative against Chris's ability or his team. I hired Chris because of his price, but also because of the reviews on this website. I would do it again.

Had Chris come out and mow, edge, trim and blow the clippings. Lawn looks good. Got the job done quickly and didn't leave a big mess. Will use him again and have already recommended him to my father.

Showed up with less than 24 hour notice. Took care of the lawn and shrubs. Crew was very courteous and did an excellent job. I will definitely set them up for a biweekly service. Thanks to Chris and his crew.
