Coyote Movers did a fabulous job moving my furniture. We had a very heavy bedroom dresser with limited space to move, but they made it happen :). They were very professional and arrived in plenty time for the paperwork to be completed before the actual start time. The office staff was excellent about setting the expectations before the move and following up. Those guys did a fantastic job moving my stuff to our new apartment. They were very courteous and professional. They took good care of our furniture and made sure everything was packed up nicely. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our Pricing is as follows: -Monday-Sunday $79/hr (2-hour minimum) pricing is for a 18' Box Truck ( This truck is recommended for 1 or 2 bedroom home ). - 26 ft is $125/hr Monday-Sunday with a 3 man crew ( Largest truck (This is recommended for a 3+ bedroom home ). - $60 TRIP FEE APPLIES TO ALL MOVES **(Trip fee may vary depending on where you are located)** Please call us to verify! **What’s included in the price** -Equipment to move you safely -Disassembling/reassembling furniture -Shrink wrap & blankets to protect your belongings We will also, if needed, disconnect/reconnect your washer, dryer, & fridge. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a new customer calls in or sends us a message we first start with asking a couple of questions like . -What date are you looking to schedule ? ( This will help us determine if we have availability and the rate as we do run specials on specific days of the week .) - What are we moving for you ? - A 1 bedroom apartment/Home ? -A 2 bedroom apartment /Home ? -A 4-5 bedroom Home ? (This will determine how many truck the move will require , as well as the rate for the customer's specific moving needs.) -After we go over with our customers regarding the questions , we then give our customers a quote or a specific pricing depending on their moving needs. -If the customer is ready to schedule we then schedule the move and go over all charges , hourly rate , trip fee.... -We also send a confirmation that the move has been scheduled to the customer's email address.
