Stories by Design

My unique experiences range from being a poet, author, photographer, videographer, and Behavior Interventionist in both public school & the criminal justice system. My broad perspective allows me to see and capture differently. As a photographer, I don't take pride in my eyesight during a shoot, but rather my vision. Vision is often overlooked, but vital for photographers. As an artist, if there is one thing I'm constantly reminded of it's "a pictures says a thousand words". Along with these words are varying emotional responses that collectively tells a story. This is my aim. I rejoice in my opportunities to freeze the unique stories of my clients during our photo shoot that leaves impacting and lasting memories. My body of work includes national recording artists, Ivy League schools, the U.S. Secretary of Education, publications, actor/actresses, professional models, and thriving programs geared towards impacting inner city youth. **Awarded Thumbtack BEST OF 2015 & 2016** Superseding the expectations of anyone who is on the other side of my lens.
