- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On some items or services, yes. Some are variable, especially if getting into interior remodels. There are many factors that can come into play.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I prefer to meet with potential clients at their site to get a chance to see the space as well as there taste or style. 2) We make a list of needs and wants. 3) We get a ballpark of a budget they may have in mind. 4) If needed, I return with samples of potential materials for their viewing. 5) Once materials have been selected, I produce my quote, which is honored for 6 months from date received by the potential client (no charge). 6) Hopefully the potential client is satisfied with the quote received and we move toward the build process.

10+ years CAD design. Studied architectural design and construction science. 5+ years construction experience. 2+ years multiple business owner.
