Neal did the bookkeeping for my father's small business in Houston for several years and did a major records cleanup in order to have financial statements ready to present to the bank. In addition, he did taxpreparation and filed returns for payroll and the State of Texas. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an initial discovery meeting to learn more about the client's business, issues to solve, and critical deadlines and to determine if my accounting services are a fit for both of us. If we move forward, the diagnostic phase begins with a review of the client's financials in order to scope the future work and allow them to choose the appropriate tier of services for their needs.

I'm a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, and have my MBA.
