- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size of the business, the number of transactions, and the level of bookkeeping support needed. I offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and discounts may be available for ongoing monthly services or bundled packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation to understand the customer’s business needs and current bookkeeping situation. From there, I review the financial records, discuss goals and expectations, and create a customized plan for ongoing bookkeeping or clean-up services. I believe in clear communication, accuracy, and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and several years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. I am also continuing my accounting education and have hands-on experience with bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial reporting, and accounting software such as QuickBooks. I am a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
