What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use the Texas standards price, I do add travel and convenience fee. Each price quote is specifically designed for each customer/project. Basic fee schedule- $20 first stamp, $10 each additional per document + travel and convenience fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I regard the safety for you and your family as welll as mine first priority. Please let me know if you are showing any symptoms. Please provide your pen and we will do the transaction outside if possible. Please have all documents and DL, including witnesses ready. After please wash your hands.
