What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on providing value added services which is not easily measured in terms of "hourly rates". Our pricing is based on consultations with our clients (before work begins) during which a thorough work plans and deliverable timelines are developed. Changes to originally contracted fees must first be discussed with and agreed to by our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our clients (in person, by video conference, or by phone) to assess their unique needs. This allows us to tailor solutions that best meet our clients' needs while also cultivating long-term business relationships and becoming their trusted advisor. We carefully screen our clients to ensure that we provide the highest level of quality service possible.
