Unfortunately I must disagree. The reviewer agreed my price was better than the other attorneys. He signed up with me and agreed to a payment plan which I offer all clients. He then contacted me the next day to say he would need to immediately file and would not be able to pay me until after his case was complete. I do not know any bankruptcy attorney who can agree to wait to be paid until after the case is over. No attorney would be able to stay in business if this was the case. I am completely transparent on pricing and my profile openly lists a starting price without court fees. Many attorneys do not even list a starting price. My fee varies on the amount of debt and other issues in the case, which I went over in detail with the reviewer. Many attorneys charge $2,000.00 or more for similar cases. I was somewhat late to the free consultation as I informed the reviewer I had a hearing and joined as soon as I was free. I do not have a single bad review from a client who actually paid me and for whom I filed a case. I offer solid representation at a more than fair price.
