- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our consulting rates vary depending on the level of person assigned and the type of work. We use contractors to put the right person on the job every time! We can do a quick assessment for 2-3 hours at an hourly rate, then lay out line-item steps for us to work collaboratively with you, for you to do, or for us to do, usually at a fixed rate for each step. You always know what your cost will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You work with us usually via the internet, Skype or Google Hangouts screen share. Here is more about how we work with those seeking to improve their efficiency or just get some work done! We work as little or as much as you would like us to, when, and even where if you want one of us to travel to get you set up, understand your work and culture, and lay out a comprehensive plan. At other times, we just rework a draft and get it back to you for review. Your discretion!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Sr. Staff members have over 20 years of experience in consulting, career coaching for all levels including executive, and training. These interrelated skills have a synergy for our clients that works well whether they seek operations improvement, to increase their project throughput, or to grow their job seeking skills.
