- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on the individual event you're looking for. Food cost can vary across the board and the level of work and instruction that is required can be very different as well. Most of my students have been interested in intermediate classes for groups of 6-8 people including 3 courses (starter, main, and dessert). Those classes typically run $75 per person attending.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a meet and greet over coffee or lunch where we can discuss some of your goals and what inspired you to learn more about the culinary arts. This way I can really create something unique for you and your family or friends.
