- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing after the initial diagnosis of your system is complete, depending on the issue we will give multiple options to make sure that everything on your system is taken care of. We also give free estimates for replacement of older systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on how we are able to get you on our schedule, we give a 2 hour window for when we are going to arrive. Our service expert will then reach out roughly 30 minutes before arrival to make sure that we are able to head on over.
