We had Gold Eagle Services come out to assess the unit on the first floor. They were able to come out and fix the issue. When another issue occurred on our second level we immediately called them to fix the second issue. When they came out they added refrigerant to our unit. Less than one week later our unit was exhibiting the same issue. We called Gold Eagle to come back out and fix the same problem. They said they would not come out without charging us the $69 diagnostic fee. We explained to them, not only are we retuning customers but they were out less than one week ago for the SAME unit. Unwilling to work with us and help solve the issue. We ended up going with another company.

Gold Eagle Services is our go-to for any HVAC related issues. This is the second time this summer that Gold Eagle has saved the day! Our unit is 19 years old and I'm sure that it would be easy for another AC company to say that we need to replace it. However, each time Gold Eagle has come out they are able to remedy the issue and help us get the longest life possible out of our unit, safely and efficiently.Additionally, Gold Eagle is is prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgable. The technicians kindly explain what they are doing and what needs to be done in a way that I can understand. Bonus that this is a local, family owned business. We have referred neighbors to Gold Eagle as well and they have also had a very positive experience. Thanks, Gold Eagle!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing after the initial diagnosis of your system is complete, depending on the issue we will give multiple options to make sure that everything on your system is taken care of. We also give free estimates for replacement of older systems.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on how we are able to get you on our schedule, we give a 2 hour window for when we are going to arrive. Our service expert will then reach out roughly 30 minutes before arrival to make sure that we are able to head on over.
