I had Gold Eagle install a new HVAC in my house as well as two separate AC units, since i only had one before. Having one upstairs and downstairs is super convenient and will definitely save me money long term. They were super knowledgable and helped explain things to me in ways I understood. They were fast, helpful, and did a great job!

I have had Gold Eagle Services to my home several times. They are always good about scheduling. The techs are always courteous and knowledgeable! Recently, it was for my heater. But I've had them for both the heater and air conditioning. Parts of my units are 25 years old!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing after the initial diagnosis of your system is complete, depending on the issue we will give multiple options to make sure that everything on your system is taken care of. We also give free estimates for replacement of older systems.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on how we are able to get you on our schedule, we give a 2 hour window for when we are going to arrive. Our service expert will then reach out roughly 30 minutes before arrival to make sure that we are able to head on over.
