Prompt and Courteous service. Showed up the same day when we had a very hot day and the AC conked out. Walked me through out the process of diagnosing the issue from the outside unit to the inside where we found a broken motor. Came back the next day and replaced the motor. I had previously had a home warranty sent AC company complain about the zone ducting in my upstairs and try to sell me a replacement. I had Mike take a look and he found the ducting was in great condition. The previous tech had actually made a mistake and turned it off. Mike fixed it for no charge. If you are looking for efficient, fair and trust service these are the guys. You will not regret it.

Mike responded to my project request right away and was able to come out Sunday night to look at my AC. He explained the problem, had a photo of the bad part, since it was on the roof, and replaced the part with a new one that would prevent the problem from happening again, and gave me the old part. Thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Works 7 days a week and I will certainly use him again, and tell everyone I know about them. They also do water heaters, heating, and commercial properties. And my house is cooling off again.

Mike from Discount Cooling Service was a life saver! He came out on a Sunday and fixed my air conditioner saving me a lot of money. He even spoke to my HVAC cousin in Denver because I had no idea what was going on with my equipment. He was honest and will get my business when I do need an air conditioner replacement.

Be cautious of large companies that have high overhead, they tend to staff commisioned salesmen rather than quality technicians!
