That's got to be the first time someone has said they'll show up at 9a and actually rang the bell at 9a on the dot. Got here on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, clear explanations, and fixed it. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable, and just straight up got the job done and did it well. I'd recommend these folks to anyone.

I am a repeat customer of New Generation Air, they are a pleasure to work with everytime. I hired them to install a bathroom exhaust fan, connect my laundry room to our existing hvac system and to do our hvac maintenance check. They are so polite and professional everytime and very quick! Will be calling them again for future projects.

Tech came out within the next business day, arrived early and was very accommodating. He fixed a broken part, did several checks, and returned a few days later to inspect and make sure everything was working correctly. Highly recommend.

The answer and arrive pretty fast that I appreciate the price was fair. Why 4 star and not 5 because they that my ac need to be replaced and I ask him to provide an full estimate and invoice and all I get it’s I will send it later and of course that he forgot till I reach out again and literally he just text me back the total without any details so this is why I didn’t replace the ac with them because it’s wasn’t professional
