- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a thorough walkthrough to get a better understanding of our client and their needs and provide any recommended additions. Then, we provide a quote and are ready to begin our contract upon approval and signature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two owners, one of which has facilities maintenance and construction experience and the other has a doctorate in sanitization and disease prevention for medical facilities.
