Micheal was very insightful and took the time to allow me to share everything I felt I needed to about how I believe I damaged my pc boot system by shutting down during an office 365 install. Then made things worse trying to fix it myself. He is currently working on getting it back to order and has already gotten back into windows. I am very confident he will have it all back to order soon. I would recommend Micheal to anyone. He showed compassion and understanding towards my desperation and got tight on it. Thank you very much Thumbtack, Inc.!!!!! You made finding a pc service tech almost effortless. Could not have wished for a better service than I just received.

Our routine diagnostic starts at $40 for our drop-off service. Our repairs are usually quoted as a flat rate once the exact issue is determined.
