Rene is the best! He repaired some hardiplank siding, re-fastened some loose boards, and caulked the joints at our house. The best thing, was that he didnt push the paint job on the hardi-plank on us, which was great. He also repainted our condo, repaired wobbly fan (still barely wobbly, but WAY better...I'm thinking it can't be done any better than what they did), AND he repaired some water damaged laminate without having to redo the entire floors! The best thing, he worked with our budget, super about communication via text, phone, or email, and Quick about getting to projects! I secretly don't want to refer him because his schedule may get more busy, but he's been so great.
