I HIGHLY suggest hiring Mr.Spinks if you are considering hiring an attorney. Mr.Spinks did exactly what he said he would do during our initial consultation. He is very trustworthy. Mr.Spinks spent quite a bit of time working with me on my bankruptcy case. He guided me through every step, returned my calls, texts, emails and even worked around my schedule. After my case was completely prepared, after weeks of working on my case, I told him I wasn't sure if I was comfortable with filing and he refunded my money. After communicating with him over time and talking about my personal finances and other aspects of my life so he could do the best job for me possible, I could easily see that he was not only very experienced and knowledgeable but he also actually cared about the outcome of my case and wanted his work to benefit me. I cannot speak highly enough or give a more heartfelt recommendation for someone. He truly wanted my situation to be better and that is something that is priceless. Michael was great helping me get through an already drawn-out divorce that got ugly. After attempting to go through the process without lawyers, it became obvious that it was in my best interest to seek help and Michael came to the rescue. Michael listened to my colorful rants without judgement, and was very kind and personable. It wasn't an easy case and when I was tempted to just give up and give in, he would bring me back to reality. In the end I was VERY happy with the mediated outcome and glad I took his advise to "hang in there". I would call on Michael again should I ever be stupid enough to get myself in that position, once more, of needing a divorce attorney. His fee was very reasonable as well.

Very easy to work with. He explained the whole process for me and gave me several different affordable options. I wanted my divorce done as quickly as possible, and he came through. For Agreed Divorces No Children, no property: from $500. For chapter 7 bankruptcy: $900. For Probate (depends on the issues) from $1200. Wills $350. Trusts: (depends on the issues)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with you by phone before we meet in my office. A short phone conversation, or, zoom conversation will allow us to determine if I can help you with your legal issues, AND, if we can work together to resolve your issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually take refresher courses in law and psychology. I am highly experienced in mediation and settlement processes as well as jury trials and judge only trials
