- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way that I decide a price is based on a few factors. If your pet is groomed often, the breed, size and weight of your pet, and what area you reside in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to provide a consultation phone call to discuss basic goals for grooming to create a custom plan to achieve those goals. The consultation also serves to further explain the process of which I will perform the service requested and answer any and all remaining questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied with and under many grooming celebrities and masters. I invest in my education, attend continuing education seminars, workshops, expos, and take private lessons.
