FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two jobs are the same so we seldom quote pricing without pictures or an in-home estimate. However, if the job is described with good detail we can provide an estimate sight unseen. Also, most contractors are going to have a bare minimum pricing structure that covers their operating expenses at least (fuel, labor, materials, insurance, etc). This is standard operating practice with many contractors. Our bare minimum for any job is $175.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide a free in-home consultation at your convenience. During this process we will thoroughly explain the step by step process involved in your repair job. After answering your questions we will provide a detailed invoice which explains everything we discussed. If you hire us we will setup a date which is convenient for both parties. We operate Monday-Saturday. Most of our jobs last 1-2 days. We understand many of our clients are handy but maybe their is just one part of the process they aren’t comfortable with. This is why we allow our customers to customize their invoice by telling us how much or how little of work they want us to perform. Many contractors won’t take on a job that is deemed “too small,” but with us you are in complete control.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Masters in Business Administration which isn’t relevant to drywall work but it did provide me the tools to run an efficient business.
