- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to offer a level of customer service and experience that is over and above our competition while keeping our prices within the market value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new service request we will take down some basic information and then find a day and time that works best for your schedule. Once scheduled, we will send out our estimator who will come and assess the job and then give you a quote on the spot. Once the quote is approved we will schedule our technician to come out and complete the job. Our tech will let you know when he/she is on their way, they will show up with they say they'll be there and they will complete the job within 1-2 days (depending on the job).

Myself and my business partner have over 10 years in customer service, client services, real estate and construction management.
