If you are having an electrical emergency, we recommend starting with your power company to see if the issue is on the utility side. If you are having an after-hours electrical emergency, please call and we will try to get back as soon as possible. We are a licensed and insured Texas Electrical Contractor. All of our electricians are licensed Journeyman through the Texas Department of Licensing. Our electricians do not work based on commission and will not upsell unnecessary products. Terrapin Electric was great at changing all the electrical switches in our house with a combination of smart and normal Lutron switches. They came out and explained everything to me and gave me a good quote. I bought all the switches and plates, and they came and installed everything, taking the time to double check things. They did not rush the job and worked slowly and carefully. Would definitely hire them again!

I needed to have some electrical work done at my house. I wanted to have some dimmer switches replaced. Not knowing where to turn, I stumbled upon Terrapin Electric. What a find! These guys were Awesome! Very easy to schedule, knowledgeable, and I felt very reasonable. They worked in my house as if it were their own home. It’s so nice to know that I now have an electrician that I can turn to and trust.
