We recently had Grigonis Excavation Contractors LLC demolish our backyard in ground swimming pool. From start to finish, Adomas and his guys were on top of it. The process started with them obtaining permits from the city. Adomas contacted his professional colleague to do electrical work before they started to make sure everything was safe for the work to be done. Even though the pool demolition itself took a bit longer than we had anticipated, the demo crew was respectful of us and our property, on time, and very efficient & professional in their work. They provided daily logs and pictures to keep us updated on their progress. Anytime we needed anything, Adomas was quick to respond. After the demolition, they hauled off everything and filled in the hole with dirt and top soil, then leveled it, and put sod on top. Adomas used his professional network to connect us with a sprinkler company to get everything fixed up. At the end, a city inspector came out to check everything and it passed. Our dog loves having a full backyard and we are so glad we used Grigonis Excavation Contractors LLC. They did a wonderful job!

Last month, we found ourselves in the final stages of closing when the buyers lender started raising concerns about the pool condition. It got to the point where we might have to demo the pool to proceed with the sale or if it fell through, demo and backfill prior to relisting the property.I called Grigonis on a Saturday morning expecting to just leave a voicemail message hoping for a callback Monday morning. Instead Adomas (the owner) answered immediately and after explaining my situation, asked where I was located. He was closeby but had plans to load or unload some equipment. He changed his plans on the fly and came by the house 10 mins later, rearranging his plans.I tell this story not for everyone to expect him to drop everything and get to you within the hour in future but to highlight his commitment to his job and dedication to help his customers. We got lucky based on where he was at the time I called but not everyone would have done that.Once he arrived we headed back to the pool to review the proposed work. Our discussion was open and honest, he clearly had a lot of experience and was very transparent in his assessment of what we had going on and what he thought our options were. Never once did he try to pressure me or spread doom and gloom to secure the work and potentially expand the scope of work. This is all too common I find these days and he was a breath of fresh air.Adomas is a confident, knowledgeable and very honest young man who demonstrated great customer service and expertise of the demo work requested.We walked through the entire plan for what would be required to execute the job from start to finish, how we would handle access to the yard and considerations for the post demo clean up and landscaping.He promised me a quote the next day (Sunday!) and he delivered a clear, concise quote that matched our discussions and left no outstanding questions or concerns.I got another quote from a competitor and while the folks I interacted with were nice enough and knew the work, it was about 20% higher and left me with follow up questions meaning it was never a contender.Luckily for us, our sale went through without the need for further action but my decision for who to work with had I needed to was 100% certain.Adomas obviously lives and breathes his company and it was a clear differentiator for me. I would strongly recommend you contact him first for help on any of the services he has listed on his website.

My pool was a victim of concrete cancer and needed a complete removal. These guys are really educated on the whole process. From the first visit until they drove off I was super impressed. This is a good group of guys doing really clean work.
