Fernando and team are hands down the best contractors I have worked with since moving to Texas a fews ago. Fernando is honest and knows his craft. His team showed up on time, was very professional and respectful of the job, my property and neighbors. They cleaned up the site and did a full walk through with me. Explained everything in detail. I can't recommend Fernando and Top Rail more! If you're looking for a new or to extend your existing fence, these are guys to go with, no question!
