What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery call or meeting to hear your project goals, needs and where you are in the creative process.
2. After the call I’ll provide a detailed project estimate of costs that includes a calendar for deliverable due dates and check ins so you always know where your project stands.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Communication with an emphasis in integrated marketing from Wichita State University and a Master of Communication in digital media from the University of Washington.
