- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note I offer training to students who have their own horse. Being a military spouse I offer discounts for military families and veterans. Discounts are being offered also for clients who train at least 3 times per week, who purchase full month horse training or need at least 3 horses to be trained at the same location. Individual lessons and horse training (depending on frequency, time to commute, discounts): $65-$85/training Full month horse training: $900-$1200/month. Open to talk about various scenarios and opportunities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to work with individual customers and/or train multiple horses. I always asses the training level first, spot training gaps and set expectations (training goals and individual approach). Training makes sense when it has certain frequency and there is a will to learn. Therefore I help my clients to build a training calendar. Physical fitness of the rider is very important and that’s why I also provide personalized recommendations on exercises which will best benefit the rider and her/ his horse.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified English horse riding instructor. Certification earned in September 2010 by a Ministry of Sports in Poland.
