I messaged for an estimate to do some adding to my insulation in my attic. We set up an appointment for a Friday, and when I hadn’t heard from them and reached out, they said there was a mistake with the schedule. That wasn’t a big deal, I’m pretty flexible and it’s not like this project was on a time crunch. We set up for that Sunday morning, which I was to confirm with them that morning since I’m on call at the hospital. When I messaged to see if we were still on for the appointment, I never heard back. It’s four days later, and have yet to hear back from them in any fashion.
I’ve since moved on and scheduled with another company that had speedy replies and never once made me feel anything but important to him.
I can’t leave a review on the quality of work, since I never got to meet them. But solely based on my experience with just trying to get an estimate, I’d look elsewhere.
