Eco Pro Removal – Clear, Volume-Based Pricing for Full Service Junk Removal Our pricing is based on the space your materials occupy in our 7x16x4 ft trailer. All labor and fuel costs are included. We never charge tax or dump fees. Haul off or delivery of dirt, stone, brick or gravel is subject to a different pricing depending on tonnage and distance. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact Customer reaches out via call, text, email, or through a flyer or referral. We respond promptly with friendly professionalism—clearly communicating next steps and gathering basic info (job type, volume, location, timing). 2. Estimate & Scheduling We provide a straightforward quote based on volume, using our trailer’s dimensions (7x16x4 ft)~ 17 cubic yards. Pricing is fully transparent—no tax, dump fees, or hidden costs. The customer selects a time, and we lock it in with a confirmation (often with a reminder or prep instructions). 3. On-Site Assessment & Pickup We arrive on time, uniformed and professional. We reassess the load if needed and confirm pricing before starting. Labor and loading are handled efficiently, with care for the property and clear communication throughout. 4. Eco-Conscious Disposal Items are sorted and responsibly handled—recycling and donating when possible. 5. Final Touch & Payment Customer reviews the completed job, and payment is collected (usually on-site via card, cash, or invoice).
